Speakeasy Session #14: Green Cheek Beer and St. George Spirits

For our fourteenth installment of our Speakeasy Session Dinner Series, we are hosting Green Cheek Beer Co. and St. George Spirits. As always, we will have six delicious courses of food designed by our own Executive Chef Erik Lobner, each paired with a beer from Green Cheek and a cocktail/spirit from St. George. Here's a look at the menu that Chef Erik has planned for us:
Course 1: Spätzle
House Made Pasta, Sauerkraut, Garlic Brown Butter, Butterkase Cheese, Parsley
Course 2: Grapefruit Avocado Salad
Watercress, Avocado, Shallot, Toasted Pepitas Grapefruit Vinaigrette
Course 3: Roasted Quail
Fried Pita, Currant Coulis, Caramelized Onion Jam, Micro Arugula
Course 4: Rosemary Smashed Fingerlings
Crispy Fingerling Potatoes, Garlic Aioli, Rosemary Pesto, Bacon, Chive Blossom
Course 5: Seared Sea Scallops
Pan Seared Diver Scallops, Cauliflower Purée, Red Miso Vinaigrette, Charred Leeks, Pomegranate Seeds
Course 6: Chocolate Ganache and Salted Caramel Brittle
Dark Chocolate, Bourbon Smoked Salt, Honey Powder, Sweet Citrus Glaze
